Why would you want to strike down anti-discrimination protections unless you're planning on discriminating? #pennsylvania
@patricks Because certain kinds of people believe that anti-discrimination laws are themselves discriminatory, by affording protections only to certain groups of people.
A second reason is "freedom" - anti-discrimination laws stop people saying and doing certain things. The fact that literally every law there is does the same does not seem to register.
They are not the sharpest tools in the shed.
But the third reason is that those against anti-discrimination laws are bigoted fucks; they don't want to give anything at all to the targets of their bigotry, and in fact want to take away everything they possibly can.
So I suppose the short answer to your rhetorical question is yes - they want to discriminate and intend to discriminate.
