One thing that really helps me focus and be productive while having #ADHD is body doubling which is essentially working along side someone else at the same time. You don’t even have to be doing the same thing or even in the same room or even speaking to one another. You can Zoom with a friend for a period of time or use Flow Club which I use myself and highly recommend.

@Kensparks This is so effective! I never heard of flow club (thanks for sharing the link) but I had a writing group that operated like this…helped me stay consistent and focused during my dissertation writing.
