I was yesterday years old when I learnt my Uni deletes lecture recordings from the cloud after 60 days
Refractory Migraines were knocking me out last semester, so Mitigating Circumstances were approved for an assignment.
Went to watch the lectures I missed but couldn't access them...
iPlayer: "they've expired"
Me: "kool kool, lemme just link with IT"
IT:"noap"
me:
No see, I'm a student rep and have no idea that this happens, it's entirely possible I missed this good-to-know-fact...
I ask my classmates "did you knowwwwwww??!?"
Yeah nobody knows until I tell them.
IT tell me it's college policy to manage costs of cloud storage..like "WTF Bruv!" plus you kept this a secret, it ain't right.
