What seems very probable is that plantation owners for 2 lines of my family tree were Irish families. While in Ireland, I was looking for hint of that history. Didn't find it. But I was also in Ireland for almost no time. Informative. Tour guide was entertaining & that worried me. At the start, he explained the design & that "it looks just like in the movies". It did! I took many photos</p>

Mark Maguire<p>On Disney+ UK/IE, I just stumbled across the adaptation of Kindred. Apparently it’s been tucked away there for a while. It ends abruptly on a cliff hanger. AFAIK it’s not getting a second season. It leaves this particular version stuck in purgatory: not a full book adaptation; not a TV series in itself (like The Handmaid’s Tale).
